Training


Joe and Carol Garvey have one of the most vibrant and successful Teams in the Company. Commitment to each team member’s success is always uppermost in their hearts and minds. Legacy Team is made up of men and women from all backgrounds, skills, talents who have teamed up together to offer training, tools and support to new IBOs. We also have access to other leaders in this great Company who offer their time and support to ALL IBOs in AmeriPLan® on a weekly basis.

1. TRAINING BY THOSE WHO KNOW - Get Tips and methods for marketing, different techniques for all IBO's to learn and use. We don’t want new IBOs to be overwhelmed or feel that they have to “get it all” their first day in the business. Our’s is a progressive program. New IBOs are worked with, shoulder to shoulder, day by day. This program will methodically lead new IBOs in exactly how to be successful in their AmeriPlan® Business.

2. PERSONAL COACH-MENTOR – Ever wish you could have a Personal Trainer or Coach to work with you regularly to achieve Success? You’ll have that with your Legacy Team. Your coach/trainer is experienced and will develop a mentoring relationship with you. Your training is personalized, working within the parameters of your schedule to help you achieve maximum results, in the beginning and in the long term. This Team’s specialty is working with and walking each new IBO through earning $500 - $1,000 in their first 2 - 4 weeks. As you become successful, you, too, can take on the role of Trainer, Coach, and Mentor to your team members if you so choose. You can be a big player on this team, earning a leadership role in this Company.

3. TOOLS – Following are items that are no cost or low cost. These tools will not only help you in your business but in your personal life as well. Each is effective when used properly. You’ll be trained how to use these tools.
  • Training Website.
  • FREE access 24/7 to your IBO Support Site. We call this our “Back Office” to our business.
  • DAILY and WEEKLY email, particularly in your first weeks in this business with more tips and training.
  • DAILY and WEEKLY live conference calls by AmeriPlan® Leaders that you can merely listen to and learn. Topics on advertising, local and internet marketing, leadership, cold and warm market prospecting.
  • Access to Vendors who serve the needs of AmeriPlan® IBOs.
  • Team Website to be used for prospecting and recognition.
  • AmeriCam Communication and Management System, with Team Website, personalized and used for prospecting, recruiting and recognition.
  • PLUS much much more.
4. SUPPORT – With the Team, each IBO has more than just one “manager or coach” in the business to assist with questions and answers and training. If one “manager” is sick, out of town, on vacation or just unavailable – no IBO is without support.

5. TEAM MEMBERS – This Team has many Leaders with varied and diverse backgrounds and skills. There are presidents of businesses, doctors, marketing professionals, pastors, stay at home moms and dads, teachers, salespeople, programmers, entrepreneurs and a long list of people who contribute to the success of each IBO as well as to the success of The Team.
